I understand wanting to alleviate symptoms, particularly in the more impacted areas of the spectrum, but to simply delete it...how do you know what kind of person you'd end up with? Times that I find it hard to cope with? Yes. Hate it? No. What lesson would I be teaching if I did? We preach body acceptance to women so that their daughters won't end up with eating disorders...how is this different?
